Iron Fist .... Iron fist exercises are an essential for all hard core martial artist, who wants to toughened their fist for lethal weapon. In order to reach a strong fist (bones) one must go through many stages before you do these exercises that can damaged your fist I will gives you some idea here (there are many others)so you can start by your own if you are interested in Shaolin iron fist .. 1.statrt with standing on your fist in a push up position until you can hold 5 min in one shot. Do it daily.2 times a day for a week than go to 3 times a day for another 3 weeks . Make sure to stand on your finger and index(middle finger )knuckles. So your pinky and ring fingers first surface don’t touch the ground (Later we will use also the three knuckles push up stand (like in wing chun) to toughen the other two (ring & pinky). 2.after a month,that you allready maneged to hold straight in push up position for 5 min, you start to do push ups. First you can do it on a soft surface (towel carpet/sand grass..etc)start with 10 reps until you can do 50 in one shot . Once you reach 50 you go get a wooden board send it smoothly and perform the same on the board for at list 6month to a year . 3.After 1 year you start walk on the house floor start with 10steps until you reach a 100 steps .use natural hand cream or 100% olive oils to oil your knuckles every day to let the Calluses grow and be flexible so you don’t get a wound . I did a thing- I hired a summer nanny 3 FULL days a week and today was our first day! When I walked in the door (after a super productive day by the way), I was welcomed by the most excited girls, and because I finished so much during the day, I was able to put my phone down and play & connect with them until bedtime. My patience was back. My calm was back. Their fun and present mommy was BACK! I’ve tricked myself for too long saying what I do isn’t a “job” and tried to balance being a full time stay-at-home-mom with being a full time momtrepreneur to fatigue.
