Check this this out: How about the pic on the left was taken 07/15/18, which was 2 days before surgery and the picture on the right was taken yesterday...okay so no big deal right...well believe it or not but those are the EXACT SAME PANTS IN BOTH PICS!!! Whaaattt! Can you say Mind-Blown !!! Thank God for #spandex ! Lbvs! I really loved those pants and not only do they now fit as #palazzopants should, but I don’t have to get rid of them like so many of my other clothes when I was that size! That’s a pretty darn good #tbt if I must say so myself!

As many of you know, I have a tendency to buy things before I can fit it and keep it until I can. Well I also have a tendency to keep things that I used to be able to fit until I can fit it again. And it doesn’t matter how long either, if I really like something, I will keep it for YEARS upon YEARS! That’s the case with this outfit. I’ve had these jeans for over 9 years and I’ve had the top since 2015. I got the jeans from #fashionbug and the top from the #Goodwill (I LOVE thrifting, especially for clothes). I think I might’ve worn the jeans a couple times, then gained a lot of weight and they got too tight. I’ve never worn the top, I just really liked the colors and the design of it so I got it because it was like $2-$3. So, I decided to try the two on today, and lo and behold, they fit! I know I won’t have the jeans very long because even with the belt, they were still kind of loose, but I’m not getting rid of the top. Yeah, you can see my #stretchmarks, #keloids, and #eczema spots on my skin, but I could care less! I love being able to fit clothes that I haven’t worn in years or have never worn at all because I was previously too big for it. Anybody that knows me on a personal level knows that I push the envelope when it comes to clothing, always have. I wear things that other people my size may be too afraid to wear. I really love bold, loud prints and colors a lot! So if I like it and I bought it, then I’m gonna wear it, and don’t care too much what anyone else has to say about it‍♀️. As long as I like it, that’s all that matters. And I like this outfit a lot.

The photo on the left was taken only a few days post-op. The picture on the right was taken a few days ago. That’s why you have to #trusttheprocess. Nothing happens over night and the surgery isn’t the magic bullet that some think it is. It takes hard work, dedication, will power, focus, a new level of discipline and patience. When you incorporate those skills and tactics, you’ll definitely see progress.
