A repost of this little demo, this time on the figure 8 stitch which is a Native American technique. It is one of the wrapping stitches that completely covers the core of your basket. You can do more than 3 wraps before securing the stitch, but the more wraps you do the looser your basket will be. You can experiment with the number of wraps to find a happy medium with strength and time it takes to make! I learned this technique from @mrsbrookemunro
