I’ve been waiting so long to say this... I’M A FULL-TIME BEACHBODY COACH Y’ALL! (well... at 4PM today!) I honestly don’t really know WHAT else to say. It hasn’t fully set in yet that this is REAL! After 5 YEARS of growing my coaching business AND clocking in as a Dental Hygienist - I am finally hanging up my scrubs! I knew 30 was going to be an incredible year, and it has only just begun! I don’t have many words today, just all the feels. But I do want to say thank you to YOU GUYS - for showing up and supporting me day in and day out. For helping me build this community, for believing in me, and for encouraging me to push for my wild and crazy dreams!✨ I wouldn’t be here without my hubby, family, and best friends rooting me on the entire way❤️ - they believed in me when everyone else thought I was crazy. They the REAL MVP’S! So I guess it’s time to set some new goals! #FULLHEARTSTRONG

I’m not sure if it’s all the mama bear hormones or this whole turning 30 thing✨; but I feel more... saucy!✌ I am leaning in to my truths, to my values, to my beliefs - I ain’t holding back no more. I tell it like it is. I don’t believe in smoke and mirrors. What you see is what you get. I don’t know if you guys sense this shift in me, but I sure do. And I love it. Never EVER did I envision myself building a home. Never. Not once. Then one day back in July of 2013 this guy who is NEVER afraid to dream big convinced me to sign up for something I couldn’t stop talking about. Between the two of us we had about 5 jobs going. We saved up living with our parents and purchased our first home in 2014 - 700sq feet❤️ It was home for 5 years and the home we got to bring Ella home to We finally decided it was a smart time to expand. I want to thank all of you for your support! TODAY I MET MY GOAL WEIGHT! I started keto/Intermittent fasting/BeachBody workouts in January 2019 with the sole goal of getting to 167 lbs. Along the way I have become happier, found self care time through exercise, and just feel better. I hate to put a number on health, but I won't lie, it is a motivator. It’s finally here you guys, the LAST MONDAY! My LAST Monday clocking in as a Dental Hygienist. It hasn’t quite sunk in yet to be honest. I remember SO CLEARLY 5 years ago setting a goal (which sounded so ridiculous at the time) of one day leaving dentistry once I became a mama, and pursuing coaching full time. It seemed SO FAR out of reach, I honestly didn’t think it would happen‍♀️ - but I was told that putting your dreams down on paper made them one step closer to becoming a reality. Year after year, I stayed consistent with my business - in fact, every year I LEVELLED UP. And my BIG scary goal remained the same. I kept showing up, remained enthusiastic and passionate about what I did, tried new things, CONSTANTLY stayed in student mode and DID NOT let ANYONE get in my head about how STUPID I was for even attempting coaching... If I can give you any words of wisdom, it’s that THE COMPOUND EFFECT IS REAL Y’ALL! SMALL behaviours consistently repeated over time will ABSOLUTELY have big results! So settle in, buckle up: if you have BIG DREAMS be willing to put in the time. Overnight success isn’t a thing y’all. Put in the work. Tomorrow marks 14 weeks postpartum! I’ve been feeling a little down lately because the scale has stayed the same for a few weeks. But I was going through my process pics and was reminded that the scale does not matter! Fat turns into muscle and muscle weighs more then fat so the number isn’t always going to go down. My clothes are looser and I’m feeling better and THAT is what matters. So girl if your feeling discouraged, remember that you are doing AWESOME!
