What's the best time to workout?
Theoretically, you should workout when your body temperature is maximum. Because that is when your Testosterone to Cortisol ratio is optimum.
And ideally you should workout when you feel most energetic and can give your best
My favorite time to workout is 8pm to 10pm when the gym is empty and my energy level is at peak. What your favorite time to workout?

1️⃣ Chest supported front Shoulder Raise to upright row - 3 sets | 10 reps (these are tough!)

2️⃣Pullovers - 3 sets | 12 reps
3️⃣ Reverse Grip row - 4 sets 10-12 reps
.#fittip: If you don’t have access to a cable wrap a a band around a door and perform the same move
4️⃣ Preacher curl - 4 sets | 15 reps
5️⃣ Dumbbell skullcrusher - 4 sets 15 reps, 12 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps
