У нас на полках наконец-то петнат и оранж под лейблом FANNY ADAMS от Esencia Rural - это их "колготки" вы отрываете и с ногами, и с руками из раза в раз.
Кудрявому скромняге Хулиану Руису так понравилась идея Fanny Adams, что он сделал для нас целых два вина. Оба - просто рок-н-ролл. Orange flame– limited edition версия "Оранжевых колготок", а Reactivity Charge – первый опыт с петнатами для винодела из Кастилии-Ла-Манчи. Наше ТЗ был таково: петнат в стиле "Колготок" – борзо, ярко, с юмором. С задачей Хулиан справился - такой и вышел "Реактивный заряд". Цены - такие же полышуще-огненные, как и названия вин: 1600 и 1800 рублей, парам-пам-пам-пам!
Даром!
Вином мы запаслись, хватит на всех.

None of these municipalities is fully included in the "Etna" DOC production area! In fact, the defined geographical area takes the form of a semicircle around the volcano!

The nature of the soil is closely linked to the volcanic matrix: ashes, sands, lapilli and pumice but also rich in potassium, nitrogen and phosphorus!

Everything you are looking for in a Red Etna: ruby, intense on the nose, fruity and mineral. ⛰️The taste is elegant, the tannins present are velvety, but nevertheless of body and great balance. The minerality returns perfectly and it remains after you take a sip!

Nino Barraco - Vignammare 2018 ♥️ is an awesome bio / natural White, produced in Marsala area with Grillo grapes from vineyards at 30 meters to the sea. Unoaked, 6.000 bottles produced.

Traveling in Greece by staying in paris .
To feel the mood, start with a slice of this amazing feta aged 6 month in barrique. Pair that with a nice bottle of wine from domain Sclavos in Cephalonia island.
Amongst the wine they produce, Synodos, made from 80% Mavrodaphne, 20% Vostilidi.
A superb combination to produce a delicate but powerful wine with pepper notes, herbal aromas, red ripe fruit.
Probably a wine to keep a little longer but it was not a regret to open it
Come vi avevo già anticipato le serate insieme a @ziugiuanni non si sono fermate all'enoapocalisse. Il giorno successivo infatti siamo stati a trovare i nostri amici di Sa Defenza.
Dopo un giro nella loro nuovissima cantina, siamo andati a fare una bella passeggiata tra le vigne. Stupenda quella da cui nasce il loro MAISTRU, viti di Nuragus di circa 60 anni allevate rigorosamente ad alberello.
Successivamente siamo tornati in cantina per una bella degustazione.
Tra ottimi salumi e formaggi, abbiamo assaggiato tutti i vini dell'azienda, tra cui alcune novità che stanno uscendo in questi giorni.
Parlo dei buonissimi rifermentati in bottiglia realizzati dalle basi dei loro vini bianchi fermi SACAVA, SACAVA SULLE BUCCE E MAISTRU.
Quello che però mi ha colpito di più è stato il rifermentato rosato da uve Pascale, una vera chicca.
Ottimo anche il loro Syrah 2015, anche questo in uscita a breve.
La serata si è conclusa con una bel piatto di pasta, chiacchiere e tantissime risate.
Ringrazio Paolo e Pietro per la grande ospitalità e Silvia per la buonissima pastasciutta improvvisata. A presto ragazzi.
