¡Este PASTEL de CHOCOLATE te quedará de película! INGREDIENTES: Para el bizcocho: - 1 1/2 tazas de mantequilla cortada en cubos - 1 1/2 tazas de azúcar - 6 huevos - 1 1/2 tazas de leche - 2 cditas de vainilla - 1 1/2 tazas de cocoa - 4 1/2 tazas de harinas de trigo - 1 cdita de bicarbonato - 2 cditas de polvo para hornear - 1 cdita de sal - 1 taza de chocolate derretido Para la cobertura: - 2 tazas de chocolate semi-amargo derretido - 3/4 de taza de crema para batir caliente - 4 tazas de queso crema - 2 tazas de azúcar glass - 1 cda de esencia de vainilla Para decorar: - Fresas cubiertas de chocolate PREPARACIÓN: 1. Para el bizcocho, bate la mantequilla con el azúcar, añade los huevos uno a uno, la leche, la esencia de vainilla, agrega los polvos cernidos y para finalizar el chocolate fundido, bate hasta obtener una mezcla consistente. 2. Vierte en 3 moldes para pastel de 20 cm de diámetro y hornea 15 minutos. Retira del horno enfría y desmolda. 3. Para la cobertura, en un bowl mezcla el chocolate fundido con la crema para batir y reserva. 4. Para el betún, bate el queso crema con el azúcar glass y la esencia de vainilla hasta obtener un betún consistente. 5. Para el armado, coloca un bizcocho y cubre con betún de queso crema, coloca otro bizcocho y repite hasta obtener 3 pisos. 6. Cubre el pastel con el resto del betún y alisa con ayuda de una espátula. 7. R E C E T A ! ! ! Ideal para hacer este día gris o el finde BROWNIE MARMOLADO DE NUTELLA . Ingredientes: Para el brownie: 125grs de chocolate semi amargo, 100grs de manteca, 225grs de azúcar, 1 cda de esencia de vainilla, 3 huevos, 100grs de harina, 20grs de caco amargo y 1 pizca de sal. . Para el marmolado: Nutella c/n . Procedimiento: 1. Preparar una placa 20cmx20cm con papel manteca o papel aluminio. 2. Derretir en el microondas o a baño maria el chocolate y la manteca. Con un batidor de alambre o un tenedor, incorporar el azúcar y batir hasta integrar. 3. Añadir la esencia de vainilla y los huevos de a uno hasta obtener una preparación homogénea. 4. Por último, agregar los ingredientes secos tamizados (harina, cacao y sal). 5. Volcar la preparación en la placa y colocar muchas cucharadas de nutella por todo el brownie. Con un palillo realizar movimientos circulantes y a lo largo de toda la placa para realizar el marmolado. 6. Cocinar en horno precalentado a 170 grados hasta que la preparacion esté firme en los bordes pero húmedo en el interior (aprox. 25 minutos). 7. Retirar, dejar enfriar y desmoldar.
