Heavy bench singles this morning, 2.5kg away from my comp PB, followed by close grip and some reverse grip as this doesn't hurt my shoulder ! I am seriously considering turning to the dark side of sumo ! Left groin was hurting during conventional warm up so I started sumo and was pain free. Onto some strength work with squats 90% or 1RM so I did 4 sets of 5 @ 153kgs, contemplated a 5th set but my left shoulder was feeling wrecked. Other than that, they still feel pretty good.
