SETTING POWERFUL INTENTIONS 2/2: Writing down your intentions and putting words to your desires. In my previous post I shared with you how to build your most powerful intentions to start attracting that #positivity into your life and achieve what you've wanted for so long. In this post I'll help you put your intentions into words to make them happen. When you have your intention ready, keep saying it and keep showing up for yourself. Here we go: 1. Think through positivity. Only use positive words in your intention. 2. Decide on a time frame for your intention to happen, then frase it like you're in that moment. 3. Remove negations. Back to point 1: double check. 4. Be precise. State exactly what it is you want to attract. Instead of "I want a better car" try saying "Now that six months has passed, I have a new car that's reliable, easy to drive and comfortable to travel in". 5. Make your phrase personal and catchy, so you can keep stating it until it's there. Did you find this inspiring or helpful? Se assististe aos meus stories, sabes que estou a frequentar a Certificação Internacional em Coaching da @allcan.portugal . Tem sido uma viagem tão exigente quanto incrível.⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Costumo dizer repetidamente que CLAREZA É PODER. E é mesmo. Saber quem somos, onde estamos, onde queremos ir e o que precisamos fazer para lá chegar é ALTAMENTE PODEROSO. É este o segredo para a concretização de sonhos.
