6 months CGM - - 6 months ago I decided to start my curl journey and I couldn’t be happier. My hair still has a longgg way to go, but has made a lot of progress since I first started. - - For my 6 months, I’d like to share my top 6 tips to healthier hair 1. Avoid using heat heat is very damaging to the hair, causes split ends and dries out your hair 2. Stay away from harsh chemicals avoid silicones, sulfates, drying alcohols — isitcg.com is a great website to find out if a product is CG friendly 3. Stop using a towel towels are very rough on the hair and can cause frizz, instead use a t-shirt or microfiber towel which are more gentle 4. Deep condition ✅ I recommend deep conditioning about 1-2 times a week 5. Trim any dead hair ✅ by removing any split ends, you are preventing the hair to continue to break at the ends and keep the hair healthier as it grows 6. Scalp massage ✅ a healthy scalp = healthy hair.
