While I didn’t have any symptoms that led me to get tested, I did have this after. I developed this impetigo when I became relaxed on my holistic/alkaline nutrition plan.
The importance of nutrition is monumental in healing yourself from anything. There are other important factors like meditation/prayer + speaking life over yourself.
2011 ish I eliminated beef/pork
2014 I eliminated chicken/turkey
2017 I significantly reduced my dairy (mainly cheese) consumption + alcohol
2018 I significantly reduced processed sugars, gluten, seafood + caffeine.
During the year where I first knew I was positive + I was keeping it a secret I was not AS disciplined with my eating. I wasn’t ready emotionally to stop eating. I was presented with another stack of problems that were hard to face so I ate. That weakened my immune system + allowed the impetigo to grow.
After a HORRENDOUS week of antibiotic reactions, hives + burning on my face it was gone. I used raw organic coconut oil + pure aloe to soothe.
I have been free of any colds, infections, rashes since august 2018. The two times ive ever felt bad since finding out two years ago were when I had the flu in 2017 (which was a lot of ppl) + when I was on HIV meds for 2.5 weeks in august.
Try your best not to create an environment where bacteria + virus can grow in your body. Try to not create an environment where doubt + fear can live in your mind.
IF YOU want to live free, I suggest you consult about your condition with a naturopathic doctor, a western doctor, a trusted herbalist, a shaman, a preacher, a book + a really old person for wisdom to then form your decision that best fits your life/lifestyle.
