Weather. Our life revolves around the fricken weather. Trigg this morning was upset with me because he missed the weather cause I made him brush his teeth for school. it’s like a ritual. When the weather comes on, the room goes silent. We pray for rain when we need help with our crops and pray for rain to pass over our fields when we are drowning. Either way, we pray. We pray hard and we listen to the weather with reverence. At this point FOR THE LOVE of sun tans and muck boots, we need some SUN. Warm sun. HOT HOT sun. Then, I’m sure at some point, we will pray for more rain. It’s what we do. But really.
