Ingredients 1/2 cup coconut flour 6 tablespoons psyllium husk 2 tablespoons of LSA ( ground linseed, sesame seed, almond meal) 2 teaspoons of linseed 1 teaspoon of sesame seed 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon fine salt 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 3 large egg whites, lightly whisked; yolks separated 1.3 cup boiling water Sesame seeds for topping Instructions Pre-heat oven to 350F, convection (or 375 F bake). Sift together the coconut flour, salt, and baking powder into a large bowl. Add in the psyllium husk and whisk to combine. Add the egg whites and vinegar to the flour and quickly whisk in. Pour in all of the boiling water. Whisk together quickly until a lumpy almost curdled looking dough forms. Use your hands to fold it a few times and smooth it out, so it’s like playdough. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Use a large scoop to make 5-6 buns, scooping them onto the parchment paper. Brush buns with egg yolk. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, or poppy seeds etc. Bake for 60-70 minutes on the bottom rack, until browned on the outside and very firm and puffy. Place chicken breast in container for 3 hours with left over pickle juice, and add following ingredients to brine: Add 1-2 table spoons of pink Himalayan salt. Add pinch of pepper. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook 1lbs bacon (I minced mine), drain, set aside. Cut onion, green peppers and prefered toppings. Cooking: Cut breast into cubes. Add table spoon of butter to warm pan. Add chicken. I added: garlic powder, basil, oregano, Italian seasoning. Rince Boston lettuce, add chicken, toppings, Parm cheese and blue Cheese dressing. Wrap and enjoy! Sides as shown. Just be sure to allow one hour to marinate so they soak up all that flavor - 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, fat trimmed, diced into cubes just under 1-inch 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce 3 Tbsp stevia( monk fruit) 3 garlic cloves, minced (1 Tbsp) 2 Tbsp avocado oil Green onions or sesame seeds, for garnish (optional) Place steak pieces in a gallon size resealable bag. In a mixing bowl whisk together soy sauce, stevia and garlic. Pour over steak, seal bag while pressing out excess air then rub marinade over steak. Transfer to refrigerator and let marinate 1 - 2 hours. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a heavy non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove half the steak from marinade, transfer to skillet (spaced apart) and let sear until golden brown, about 1 minute then flip to opposite side. Let continue to cook to desired doneness, about 1 minute longer (internal safe temperature is 145 degrees). Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining steak.
