First of all what is a “trigger food”? I like to describe it as a food you can’t say no to and when you do eat it you massively overeat . For me it’s biscuits and cookies if I had one chocolate hobnob I would eat the whole packet. Last weekend for example my mum made some cookies (and her cookies are the BEST and she knows I love them) so I’d eaten all my calories for that day but of course I just had to have ONE, I didn’t have one I had 3 lol because I literally can’t help myself. They weren't small like hobnobs either they were like the fresh cookies in supermarkets whoops ‍♀️ . Anyway like I was saying if there’s something you know you will massively overeat DON’T start eating it, don't buy it or swap it for something else ⤵️ e.g. Swap Ben & Jerrys ice cream for Halo Top which has 1/4 of the calories per pint, swap Doritos for lower calorie option like Popchips, share a pizza instead of having it to yourself or if you're out opt for the flatbread/lower calorie option most places have now . I recommend weighing your nut butters also because these are very easy to overeat and one tablespoon can be 30g or 50g which is a massive difference in calories due to the fat content (fat has 9 calories per gram). This weekend try swapping out your trigger food for something different, if you’re drinking full sugar drinks swap that first of all then look at your food, slow changes make sustainable changes ✌ . . . These vertical jumps might look simple, but they are tough intervals to add to the end of any workout. The key to making them count is to jump as high as you possibly can! This might mean going a little slower than normal in intervals but you will feel the difference in the legs if you aim for height over speed.
