That was me waitin for a scan for a suspected blood clot an hour ago,went to my physio @garethjrobinson8 last night who told me to get straight to urgent care where they did blood tests which came back raised so i had get an injection this morning then just had a scan where thank God no clot,but somethings up so heres more tests coming,so after alot of thought and talking to my son,i wont be competing now,i dont fancy getting this sorted then spending most of next year on alot of performance enhancing drugs,that potentially may not do me any favours,so just want to say thankyou for all the support i got,it really humbled me,especially from my coach and nutritionist @chrissmithnutrition who was a Godsend and @eddyellwood for being kind enough to keep an eye on me.ok,get this fucker sorted and see whats next #brawlersgym #mma #martialarts #bodybuildingcompetition #bodybuildingover40 #fitness #fitover40 #trainheavy #trainhard #trainhardfighteasy #hardworkpays #healthcomesfirst #thanksforthesupport #whatsnext #whatsimportant #dedication #thanksforeverything
