A while back I wrote a blog post all about morning routines, at the time I was in a GREAT one that made me feel happy and motivated. I lost my flow after getting a chest infection so now my morning routine looks more like wake up, roll over and go back to sleep, wake up again and drag my body from bed towards the coffee machine. Return to bed with a giant mug of coffee, and read or scroll through my phone til the coffee lifts the headache. Don’t think we need a blog post on that do we? do you have a morning routine?

Found my new happy place today. • We went out to get seeds, but found this magical greenhouse instead, tucked near pretty magnificent woods! All a whooping 10 drive from home (whaaaat!!). I love finding local treasures. #whpvibes

These sunny days definitely inspire me to make an effort to get outside! Whilst I’m meant to be resting + healing right now, I’m also supposed to take a short walk each day. That’s definitely easier when you wake up to shining skies, birds chirping and a gentle warmth in the air. I’m also making the most of our balcony, spreading out on the makeshift bed out in the sun for my afternoon nap are you making the most of the good weather? ☀️
