Hip Series Part 1: The Assessment
In this video I go through the assessment portion of determining your hips internal rotation range of motion. This is a 3 part test that first determines the range of motion actively, passively, and then in a static 90/90 position. ⚡️

Internal rotation of the hip is crucial for the golfer especially in the front leg during the downswing phase as this is where your hips allow you to deliever power, speed, and consistency through optimal torque. If this rotation is limited, your chances of sway and sliding significantly increase creating a less than average swing that'll take you way over par. Stay tuned for part 2 of this hip series .

Keep your hips square and toes down in the lying leg lifts! Also be mindful to keep the working leg in line or even behind your body. Too far forward and your hip flexors will do the work which is NOT what you want!
