Instead of doing a whole workout solely dedicated to the midsection, I’ll usually add in 2-3 core/abs exercises to my other workouts, or on days where I’m doing some light cardio, such as a walk. BUT, heres some of my fave core exercises right now to get you going Work them into your training regime however you prefer! . If you’re seeing this, remember to hit LIKE so IG continues to show you these vids . TOP TIP: pair these exercises with movements like Burpees & skipping, for a full body sweat sesh with a core burn! . REMEMBER: This workout alone is not going to give you a 6 pack. If you’re trying to burn body fat, work your whole body, increase your general movement and eat good quality food. That’s the formula . 1. 20 Toe Touches x3 sets 2. 12-15 reps x3 sets 3. 20 reps x3 sets (bend your knees if this is too hard!) 4. 60 seconds x3 sets (alternate sides as you work)

Almost #34weekspregnant and I am finding I need to dig deep for the motivation to workout This pregnancy has definitely been different to my others. I have been EXHAUSTED! Raising babies and growing babies all at the same time is hard work but I wouldn't have it any other way any other mamas pregnant and exhausted from chasing after their little ones too?!
