Don’t forget to tag your workout buddies so we can all get moving and stay motivated together! • • Today’s Upper Body Burner Workout: EMOM 1️⃣ Tricep Kickbacks x 25 2️⃣ Arnold Press x 20 3️⃣ Lat Flies x 20 4️⃣ Yogi Squat Bicep Curl x 25 5️⃣ Push Up T Plank 6️⃣ 2 Single Arm Rows, Walk your plank to the other weight Swipe left ➡️➡️ to see each exercise broken down.  ____________________________________ ** Equipment: Today all you will need is a sweat towel, medium to heavy set of dumbbells, and a water bottle. ____________________________________ WORKOUT:  You will have a time cap of 6 minutes! Every minute on the minute (EMOM) the exercise will change to the above exercises. And within that minute you will try to complete the dedicated amount of reps for the exercise. For example - Minute 1 you will do 25 tricep kickbacks!! If you finish those 25 reps within that minute the extra time you have will be rest to get ready for the next exercise. Complete the 6 minute time cap and follow it by a 2 minute resting period. You will complete the 8 minute EMOM a total of 4 rounds, for a 32 minute workout! • The first 2 rounds you may complete the exercises with some rest, but by the 3rd and 4th round, you should be working up close to the minute mark. If the reps are not taking longer and are not becoming more difficult, you may want to pick up a heavier set of weights. This workout is all about UPPER BODY STRENGTH! Do not be afraid to lift heavy - of course maintaining proper form and alignment first and foremost!! • • Can you do this?! YES YOU CAN!! Vitsit, mikä HIIT! Aineenvaihdunta buustasi, vain 20 min treenillä ihan uusille kierroksille. Ja mikä hiki. Tää oli tosi hyvä. Jos et tänään tee, niin laita ihmeessä talteen❤️ . Tämä HIIT löytyy tämän viikon @iltalehti :n 10 viikon treeniohjelmastani. Mun mielestä parhaita treenejä on just tällaset napakat ja aikaa vastaan tehtävät vauhdikkaat jumpat, jotka tekee hetkessä. . Tein 4 kierrosta, 45 sekkaa työtä, 15 sekkaa taukoa, ilman pidempiä taukoja kierrosten välissä. Aikaa meni tasan 20min ja nyt kropassa tuntuu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ihanalta! . Joko olet tehnyt tämän treenin? Vai ehkä sen toisen kotitreenin (litteä vatsa). Ohjeet löytyy siis mun profiilin kohokohdista, viikko kerrallaan. Nyt on menossa kolmas viikko, 7 vielä edessä . Ihanaa Wappua☀️ .
