IT’S THE WEEKEND! Put cheese on everything! This morning I took the time to make this beautiful breakfast. @isignyamerica butter, @heritage_craft_butchers bacon, roasted red potatoes with sunny side up eggs topped with Parmesan Reggiano. Because cheese had to make it to the plate. How do you like your eggs ? Do you add cheese to them? What kind? #eggsandcheese #breakfast
It's been so long since we had dippy eggs that apparently we don't own any egg cups so I had to improvise with an egg box I also had a complete mind blank on timings and totally over did the first batch! (Dont worry I didn't throw them away I'm going to stick them in a salad later!).

Brunch dominical ! Un reste de pain + j’ai préparé une quiche pour les dîners de début de semaine et le tour est joué

Quiche aux asperges vertes :
- Asperges vertes poêlées avec un oignon, deux gousses d’ail, sel et poivre
- Pâte sans gluten : 100g de farine de riz complet, 60g de farine de sarrasin, 40g de fécule de maïs, 3CS d’huile d’olive, du sel et environ 90g d’eau (conseil : l’ajouter progressivement)
- Appareil à quiche du blog de Vanessa @deliaciouss auquel j’ai ajouté 1CS de fécule de maïs (ma crème soja n’était pas épaisse), 2CS de levure nutritionnelle et un peu de moutarde. Trop bon

Tofu brouillé : un petit oignon et une gousse d’ail fondus dans une poêle + une tomate et des champignons. Ajouter 100g de tofu ferme grossièrement émietté mélangé à 1CS de levure nutritionnelle, une pincée de curcuma, sel kala-namak, paprika fumé et poivre. Tout mélanger et faire cuire quelques minutes à feu moyen.

Pour le reste :
- Pain grillé quelques minutes au four
- Toast avocat et bio avec du jus de citron, sel, poivre et graines de chanvre
- Salade, concombre, tomates et graines de courge

Here I have used the waffles from @lovebakerstreet which I love because they come pre-packaged and all you have to do is toast them and add the toppings you want! Perfect for lazy arses like me

But on a more important note, this brand has developed special packaging to help their products last much longer in an effort to fight food wastage. Did you know that in the UK we waste over 24 million slices of bread every day☹, nearly half of all the bread produced gets wasted and I have to say that I am guilty of forgetting bread in the fridge myself. Popped over to @mercatometropolitano (one of my ALL TIME favorite spots in London) to get this @lebeefedsf beautiful steak & chips and a half pint - no judgement plz ..zoom in on the steak.. it’s even better close up!

For £11 you get a good amount of steak, cooked tenderly and sliced for you, crispy but soft on the inside chips, not steak chips but good thin ones, and of course a little bit of greens because we all want to be healthy for a minute

Vanilkoví muffini s mákem, borůvkami a mandlovým máslem s vanilkou od @rxbar, které je spolu s dalšími příchutěmi novinkou na e-shopu { @fitness007cz }❗️
Líbí se mi ty jednoporcové sáčky (po 32g), takže si je můžete pohodlně vzít kamkoli. Složení je ukázkové, chuťově je super, výrazné po mandlích s lehkým nádechem vanilky a soli To se nechám líbit

A přidávám i recept na muffinky, tak si nezapomeňte post uložit, ať můžete o víkendu vypejkat

Suché ingredience promícháme vidličkou - 15g kokosové mouky, 10g ovesné mouky (oboje @lifelikefit), 10g vanilkového protein @pescience, 10g vanilkové Knuspi kaše (nahraďte ovesnou moukou), 15g mák modrý z @natuczech [s kódem “VEJU” sleva na celou objednávku], špetka citrónové kůry, 1/4 lžičky PDP a špetka jedlé sody • Přidáme 30g tvarohu, 20g jablečné přesnídávky, 50g kefíru, 1 žloutek, dvě kapky kvalitního vanilkového extraktu, doředíme vodou na spojení těsta a dle chuti dosladíme vanilkovými flavdrops kapičkami. Na závěr do těsta vmícháme dva vyšlehané bílky (nebo jako já jeden bílek + 30ml vody a 3g @mujbilek.cz - protože nevyhazuji žloutky!)
Peču v silikonových formičkách v troubě na 180 stupňů, do zlato hněda, cca 35 minut
