Eating healthy
Recently I have been struggling with my diet. It’s easy to be healthy when you live on a beach, drink fresh smoothies and eat guacamole and seafood all day every day. But what happens when you start your road trip? When you fly all over the place messing up your biological clock? When you get to a new place and the “must try” is hot fried chicken.. or greasy pizza?
It’s really hard to keep your diet when you travel... don’t get me wrong my ultimate moto is “try as much as you can”... but sometimes it results in terrible outbreaks or problems with your digestion.
So what are the healthy habits that we should keep while having such a crazy lifestyle?

-80 gr spaghetti integralë.
-1 lugë gjizë e freskët.
-3 domate (ne kavanoz, pelati).
-Vaj ulliri. -Pak djathë të grirë. .

-Ndava patëllxhanin në dy pjesë, me ndihmën e një luge hoqa tulin sa të krijohet një formë barke. I kriposa dhe hodha vaj ulliri, i vendosa në furrë për 20 minuta. .
-Ndërkohë tulin e patëllxhanit e preva në kubikë të vegjël dhe hodha në tigan me vaj ulliri sa të kaversisen pak, më pas shtova domatet dhe piper, rigon pak kripë.
Vendosa makaronat të ziejnë, kur të jenë aldente i kullova dhe i bashkova me salsen e përgatitur të cilës pasi e hoqa nga zjarri i shtova 1 lugë gjizë.

-Nxorra patëllxhanët nga furra dhe me ndihmën e një piruni i dhashë formë makaronave dhe i vendosa në patëllxhanë.
Sipër hodha pak djathë të grirë dhe i futa sërisht në furrë për 10 minuta!.

When i was in Mexico a few weeks ago we ate SO much tropical fruit It was my first time trying ataulfo mango, papaya, and guava! 4 cups spinach
1/2 cup walnuts
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup parmesan

Tarta de remolacha❤️.

3 huevos.
150gr de harina de espeta integral.
10gr de levadura.
1cp de cacao crudo en polvo @iswariofficial .
120gr de dátiles medjool.
2 remolachas cocidas (280gr).
40ml de leche de almendras.
30gr de aceite de coco.

Cobertura; queso crema 0%, vainilla y pelin de edulcorante.
.
Poner en remojo los dátiles sin hueso en agua caliente unos 10 minutos.
Juntar en un bol la harina, la levadura y el cacao.
En otro bol triturar los huevos, los dátiles, la remolacha, el aceite y la leche.
Poco a poco integramos los ingredientes secos con ayuda de unas varillas.
ponemos la masa en el molde y horneamos unos 20 minutos a 175 grados.

Cuando se enfríe ponemos la cobertura, unas moras y frambuesas para decorar y a disfrutar.

Today is #tuesdaytransformation and because I like to keep up with the trend, I am going to post this pic. There is no point in me showing a before and after picture, because I've always been slim. My transformation cannot be seen, I am stronger mentally and physically and that's all that matters. On another note I noticed a "transformation" in my posing and also the faces I make when someone takes pictures . Trust the process and don't stress that you aren’t seeing results as quick as you would like. Also, am I the only one that likes to pose in the mirror
