Сегодня улетела в Беларусь судиться с Евразийской экономической комиссией (ЕЭК) за нашего российского производителя товаров Так как ЕЭК международный орган, то и судиться надо в международном суде, который находится в Белоруссии) ⚖⚖⚖ А суть спора в классификации товаров, то есть ЕЭК на международном уровне приняла акт, согласно которому все товары такой то категории должны классифицироваться по строго определённому коду со ставкой ввозной таможенной пошлины гораздо выше, чем мы раньше ввозили. За год это огромные деньги, миллионы миллионов тыщ!! И спорить с этим на уровне судов России невозможно, только суд ЕАЭС - (суд Евразийского экономического союза). ⏳⏳⏳ Вот и едем мы доказывать, что наш товар не то, что определила ЕЭК)) ко всему прочему, наш товар это жизненно важные лекарственные препараты, цены на которые регулируются государством. D is for Den Haag. (The Hague, The Netherlands) I decided to choose this city today because I've been studying there at the Royal Academy of Art. Mapified location: Peace palace. The Peace Palace is an international law administrative building. It houses the International Court of Justice, and is the only judicial organ of the United Nations not located in New York, and the Permanent Court of Arbitration. This beautiful Neo-Renaissance style building, which was actually the winning design of an architecture competition in the early nineteen hundreds, and the organisations it houses have given The Hague worldwide recognition as the internationale city of Peace and Justice. Fue establecida en 1945 en La Haya (Países Bajos), siendo la continuadora, a partir de 1946, de la Corte Permanente de Justicia Internacional. Sus funciones principales son resolver por medio de sentencias las disputas que le sometan los Estados (procedimiento contencioso) y emitir dictámenes u opiniones consultivas para dar respuesta a cualquier cuestión jurídica que le sea planteada por la Asamblea General o el Consejo de Seguridad, o por las agencias especializadas que hayan sido autorizadas por la Asamblea General de acuerdo con la Carta de las Naciones Unidas (procedimiento consultivo). El Estatuto de la Corte Internacional de Justicia forma parte integral de dicha Carta, situada en su capítulo XXV. En virtud del artículo 30 del Estatuto, la Corte adoptó el 14 de abril de 1978 un reglamento mediante el cual se determinó la manera de ejercer sus funciones y, en particular, sus reglas de procedimiento.
