been hit with a serious case of the post comp blues as they say. Got me thinking to why after 4 comps have they kicked in, put it down to the fact that I mentally was not prepared to compete. In my head I haven’t competed yet, I still feel the need to prove/achieve something. The whole day before comp and during my head was not in the game so to say and that’s the main difference between now and my previous 4 comps. Il y a 4 ans, je regardais les championnats du monde dans mon lit sur l’ordinateur. Aujourd’hui je les ai vécu. Que d’émotions. Je ne réalise toujours pas. Tous ces entrainements, ces sacrifices, ces doutes, ces peurs, ces pleurs, ces moments de joies, depuis que j’ai commencé pour 1 jour. 1 seul jour. Un rêve qui devient réalité. J’ai réalisé ma meilleure prépa. Et ceci je le dois à mon coach @thepanash sans qui rien de tout cela n’aurait été possible. Tu as cru en moi et tu m’as poussée à devenir meilleure. Merci je veux aussi remercier tout le staff qui m’entoure : Benjamin Belhout mon osthéo officiel, @leffetzen Alias Docteur Tchang, @institutneuroperformance, @latelierdhippocrate, @chris_stabile_coach, et christophe pour la prépa mental. Le jour J, j’étais prête ! Je pense avoir fait ma meilleure compétition à ce jour ! Je termine sur la 3ème place du podium avec 490,5 et un record du monde au squat. Il y a encore du travail, il y a encore de la marge. J’ai juste hâte de retourner bosser pour revenir encore plus forte l’année prochaine. Je tiens à remercier mon doudou qui me supporte au quotidien, tous mes amis qui sont là et qui me soutiennent. Je sais qu’ils se reconnaitront. Je vous aime !!
