#dearsister , #leadwithlove #day2 is showing me that being committed to #healing & #transformation doesn't imply that the process will unfurl the way I want it to. Fierce but flexible, I'm learning to not trick myself yet again into doing it all 'perfectly' & controlling the exactness of the process. Its what many of us do-only to burn out soon & find our life-force and hope plummet with "messing up our plan" & new, unaticipated circumstances. Trying this time to breathe into the discomfort & find ways to appreciate the wisdom of transition with an open heart and mind. As #kristenroderick says "In the language of transition, we are in the in-between or Liminal Stage- the period that follows a letting go and precedes fully birthing ourselves anew. Often the most tenuous and uncomfortable stage of transition, we are in the throes of something we cannot define, and it has encompassed our lives. Very rarely does the culture in which we live allow this stage the time and space it needs.
