Little by little... ⁣ ⁣ I’m doing it my way this time. ⁣ ⁣ I’m intuitively listening to my body and what makes me feel good and what doesn’t. ⁣ ⁣ I’m trying, I’m failing, I’m experimenting , I’m listening, I’m loving regardless⁣ ⁣ I’m not perfect - I fall, sometimes ... super hard - but I get back up. ⁣ ⁣ I keep fighting. ⁣ ⁣ The weight loss part is great but it’s NOT what I want to emphasize here. Its the health journey. It’s the bettering myself journey. Its my yoga on and off my mat journey. It’s the bettering my health to be here for my why. ⁣ ⁣ For my children. For my husband. We had the BEST time at the London Pride Parade yesterday! We were blessed with such beautiful weather, surrounded by friends, family, and SO much love! This was Mylo’s THIRD parade and my favourite one to date!. . Pra quem ainda não sabe, já estamos na nossa segunda moradia aqui em London. Quando viemos, alugamos ainda do Brasil um apto de 1 quarto em um condomínio que chama Cherryhill. A gente amava muito lá! Pagávamos $1085 com tudo incluso, localização é ótima, enfim. No meio do caminho surgiu a oportunidade de alugar o apto que Livinha @br.incanada morava. Fica há 10 minutos de carro do nosso antigo e chama Fiddlers Green. Como é um apto de 2 quartos e o preço era $1050+hydro (energia), nem pensamos 2x. O apto é enorme e essa é nossa nova vista agora, direto do 1105 ☺️ To um pouquinho mais longe da Fanshawe, mas no fim entre caminhadas e ônibus, acabo levando quase o mesmo tempo pra chegar. Só tenho uma única reclamação a fazer, os vizinhos são tudo uns hahaha Ah, mas temos vizinhos brazucas muito legais e limpinhos tbm kkkk... no andar de baixo, estão as fofuras do @project.canada, no prédio do lado os amados @canadacomamor e @thiagoveras__,e no prédio da frente os lindos @cyro_guardiola e @brunorilva ♥️ . #brasileirosnocanada #ldnont #canada
