RIP MY LEGS! ⚰️ : Crazy how this works! I sat outside the gym for a solid 30 not wanting to go in. Didn’t feel like training, I felt tired, and didn’t know what I was going to train. As I’m walking in I thought to myself fuck it I’m doing legs lol causal. However, it’s impossible for me to coast through a leg workout. Once I get going the intensity builds. I WANT to see how heavy I can go, I WANT to see how many reps I can do. I will never justify the weight I use for my lifts. “Well I did this, this, and this, before that exercise so I shouldn’t go that heavy.” Nah fuck all that, push yourself just as hard as you pushed yourself the previous exercises. ENJOY M8’s : WORKOUT: ⚰️ Leg Press (Close Stance): 3x10 warm up. 5x5 HEAVY (working sets) ⚰️ Standing Single Leg Calf Raise superset w/ Single Leg Kickbacks: 5x10 each ⚰️ Barbell Back Squat: 5x5 HEAVY ⚰️ Seated Leg Extensions: 5x12 superset w/ Heel Elevated Dumbbell Front Squats: 5x10 ⚰️ Barbell Hip Thrust: 5x8-10 HEAVY ⚰️ Single Leg Dumbbell RDL’s: 5x8 each leg superset w/ Lying Hamstring Curls: 5x10 : Yo you might as well cancel all your plans the following day cause you ain’t walking right after this
