This is raw milk from our goat Millie - she still has two kids that she’s nursing, even with them drinking their fair share we’re able to keep enough for fresh drinking and soap making. Did you know that goat milk easier to digest than cow milk? While the fat content of goat and cow milk is similar, the fat globules in goat milk are smaller (they are about 1/5th the size of the fat globules that you find in cows milk). That makes it easier for your body to digest. Goat’s milk is also naturally homogenized. The cream in goat's milk remains within the milk, unlike cow's milk where the cream rises to the top.
