Riding such a high after I met with my surgical oncologist today who confirmed in person that everything was clear and she was impressed with how my healing process has gone so far, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t impressed as well...amazing what the body is capable of! New fierce hairstyle alert When my care team told me I would need chemo in December their next words were, 'And you're going to lose your hair'. I decided to have a little fun and change my decade long hairstyle before I lost it all. After my first round of chemo treatment I waited and bar a few strands I kept my hair. Second round was a different story. On 1 April I started to really lose my hair. Everyone tries to prepare you for hair loss; I wasn't prepared for the head pain. It was too much to cope with at times. With prominent bald patches and constant headaches I decided to shave it all off. With some music, fizz and laughs @lukemepham and @cherylanne101 helped me to shed that pain. I have felt happier and lighter. And I'm loving my new bald look. Who knew no hair could feel so good. For my Mum who had a double #mastectomy This one has been close to my heart for a long time. The guys @bausele have collaborated with the McGrath Foundation @mcgrathfoundation in an attempt to raise $50k for Breast Cancer Nurses. april 2018 vs. april 2019 / 3,5 years on testo vs. 11 months off testo. . Sry for spamming but I've relized how fucking far I've come the last year?! In the photo to the left I was my fastest and strongest me at the gym and I was so proud - but I didn't feel like the pretty little pussyboy I was. Two hairtransplants later (hairline and beard) and some estrogen back in my system and I'm starting to feel more at home in my body. .
