Zelf wasmiddel maken met natuurlijke ingrediënten is beter voor je huid, kledij, portemonnee en voor het milieu. Voor deze 2 bidons van elk 2,5 liter zet ik 1 liter water aan de kook waar ik dan 80 gram geraspte zeepvlokken van @la_droguerie_ecologique aan toevoeg. Al roerend voeg je nog 4 liter water toe. De ene helft giet ik dan apart en is dan klaar, en aan de andere helft voeg ik nog 40 gram soda bij voor de witte was. Laat beide dan een nachtje staan zodat het indikt. De volgende dag ga je er dan nog even met de mixer door en klaar om in de bidons te gieten! Bij elke wasbeurt voeg ik nog 10 druppels etherische olie van lavendel toe. Our dish soap is a bar of soap. Simply rub a wet brush or cloth on the bar itself, and you’ve got dish soap. There’s no place near me where I can buy bulk liquid dish soap. I didn’t want to buy a big plastic jug castile soap unless there was no other way. So this was one of the first things I tried to DIY. I made two recipes. Neither were quick and simple for me. I got frustrated. So I googled and googled, and finally found the simplest solution of all via @therogueginger — just use a bar of soap. We keep the soap by the sink on a dish I got second-hand. . In Stock . Found the perfect clothes hanger for drying herbs in the thriftstore in Utrecht yesterday. 25 cents and I am is as happy as a little girl . Drying herbs is a fantastically simple way to preserve them for later use. This way your summer grown herbs will be of good use in winter. It's so easy: Hang cleaned herbs in small bunches in a warm and dry place. Give them enough space. You could cover them with a little brown paper produce bag to keep them clean. Since I dry them in the livingroom I never do that. I tied the herbs together with some of my organic crochet cotton, but hemp or other natural twine works perfectly too. It will take about 1 to 2 maybe 3 weeks to dry them completely. It depends on which herbs you want to dry. Firm herbs like thyme and rosemary are perfect for dryinh this way, but take a bit longer. 'softer' herbs like basil and mints are more challenging, but I did dry them with success this way* . When the air dried herbs are completely dry and crisp, strip the branches, chop if necessary and store the herbs in an airtight jar. Easy peasy ✌ Dried herbs have an more intense flavour than freah herbs. . Dried herbs are great for making herb butter. Mix chopped herbs of your liking with some softened vegan butter (choose butter for frying or to spread on toast) and some salt and pepper, et voila . Nice on toast or to fry patotoe . * (( if you want to be completely sure the softer herbs like basil don't go to waste you could freeze them.Take the leaves from the stems and blanch for 5 seconds and dump them in ice water. Spread them out on a cookie sheet, let air dry and freeze them.
