Wild Pilates Core
Complete 5-10 reps of each exercise focus on your breathing and drawing the abs down towards your spine.
Single leg stretch - Exhale - extend one leg, inhale begin to switch exhale extend the other leg
Double leg stretch - Exhale reach arms overhead and extend legs , inhale circle arms and pull knees in to start position
Scissors - Exhale lower one leg and pull the other towards you, inhale start to switch
Double leg lowers - stay into crunch position inhale lower both legs exhale use core to pull both legs back up.
Obliques - Exhale to reach one leg and rotate upper body, inhale pass through centre, Exhale reach to the other side.

Now this is a tricky exercise, especially if you have tight quads like me! However, it is also a great way to work the quads in a lengthened position ⚪️
Key teaching points:
•Strongly engage glutes to prevent hips from flexing
•Engage abs to prevent back from arching
•Try to stay in 1 straight line from knees to head
•Only go back as far as is comfortable for your knees
•Add the ball for extra load therefore extra challenge ⚪️
