Saw this on Twitter and had to share ❤️ Accidents happen. Mistakes happen. We are human. The best thing you can do is make sure you can recognize the symptoms of anaphylaxis and that you have an EpiPen available. Even better if those around you are also able to recognize the symptoms and know how to use an EpiPen too Thank you @strawberrybeb we need more people like you!
Thanks for everyone who read my recent article about @_jackfowler_ speaking out about his nut allergy. Because Jack is speaking out about his nut allergy he is breaking down the stigma, making more young people feel confident to speak out about their allergy. The anxiety is REAL! I think this happens to me on the daily... every small symptom I feel and suddenly I’m like a deer in the headlights, frozen and ready to take action ⚡️ And then a few minutes later it just goes away on its own, and I continue whatever I was doing... Who else can relate? Tell me in the comments
Did you know both sizes in our new VIVRA Lite range can hold 2 EpiPens?
.
Now you can be done with annoying belt bags and handbags ♀️
.
Due to the slimline design you can easily hide the VIVRA from view by covering it with your shirt, sweater or jacket or alternatively reveal it and use it to accessorise your outfit
.
No longer do we need to be ashamed or embarrassed of the bum bag!
.
**(Please remember that your EpiPens should not be subjected to temperatures outside of the safe range)

When you get one or two minor symptoms and you’re suddenly in full FBI mode...
I have really bad acid reflux (since before my allergies even developed) and also anxiety! I am always getting confused on the cause of certain symptoms (which only makes me even more anxious..) What health conditions do you deal with that makes it more difficult to pinpoint allergy symptoms?
What are your strategies for handling these types of situations? Tell me in the comments
Mmm. Peanut butter... Sorry Joshua!
Peanut butter will always segregate us until I brush my teeth.
