I’m not great at slowing down. *understatement*. Recently I’ve been taking a lot on my plate. Even with all the green juices, supplements, and other self care rituals I’ve been resisting the most important one: my bodies need to rest. I kept saying “I don’t have enough time”, “I’ll rest on the weekend”. And I got sick. Our bodies are smart machines y’all, we just have to listen to the feedback. On that note- I’m chalking this up to a lesson on tuning in to my intuition. I’ll be taking time for some much needed R&R ✌. My @Fit3D body scan results ! Data don’t lie! . ‍♀️When I was at @HackdFitness a couple weeks ago, I got to do a @Fit3D body scan. . There are so many new faces here that I thought I would take the time to introduce myself & tell you a little bit about me. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ I am passionate about all things Health + wellness and love helping people get to the root of their DIS-ease and optimize their health naturally. I have health coaching certs from IIN and IFHC and have been working my way thru all the semesters and classes at School of Applied Functional Morning edicine, but I honestly do not think I will ever be “done” learning. I feel so blessed to be able to help my clients feel their very best! Since last December I have been been growing a second business as a beauty influencer with a botanically based hair care company. Helping people have fantastic hair without all the chemical and/or build their own stream of residual income has been more fun than I could ever have imagined! I am a mom to three amazing kids, ages 11, 13 and 15 and one fur baby (who snuck her way into this picture). I stepped away from my teaching career to raise them and love that I now get to work from home and build my businesses around their schedules because being mom is my top priority. I have been married for 20 years to my high school sweetheart. We were days out of grad school when we said, “I do” and have been growing up together ever since Jesus is my rock.
