When the psychological organization of the parent cannot sufficiently accommodate to the changing, phase-specific needs of the developing child, then the more malleable and vulnerable psychological structure of the child will accommodate to the archaic needs of the parent, in order to maintain the needed tie at whatever cost to authentic self experience. #پذیرش_واقعیت پذیرش واقعیت به راستی برای هر کسی، در هر سن و موقعیتی، بسیار تجربه‌ی سختی هست. خیلی هامون حاضریم تا پایان عمر انواع #رنج ها رو تحمل کنیم اما تن به این تجربه‌ی درد آور و تلخ ندیم. #سال‌ها بیهوده و بی راهه بریم ولی درد #آگاهی رو نچشیم. #درد رو به رنج تبدیل می‌کنیم برای نپذیرفتن واقعیت، نپذیرفتن #ناکامی. واقعیت یعنی ناکامی. یعنی همیشه اونی که من می‌خوام و نیاز دارم نمیشه و نیست تو زندگی. یعنی بپذیرم جاهای خالی زندگیم رو؛ دست از تقلا و نشخوار بردارم و #رها کنم. خودم رو بسپارم به مسیر زندگی، تا خودش راهم رو بهم برسونه... منظورم از رها کردن، وا دادن و درماندگی و افسردگی نیست. رهایی یعنی رها کردن اون بخش‌هایی از زندگی که کنترلی روش ندارم. بپذیرم کنترل همه‌ی بخش های زندگی دست من نیست. همیشه اون کسی که من دوست دارم باشه، اون جایی که دوست دارم باشم، اون چیزی رو که دوست دارم داشته باشم، و خیلی دوست داشتن های دیگه، نمیشه. پذیرفتن، احساسات مخلوط و متضادی رو در ما ایجاد می‌کنه (قسمت دردآور کار) که شاید ظرفیت تحملش رو نداشته باشیم، مخلوطی از #خشم، #عشق، #نفرت، #غم... پذیرش واقعیت یعنی سوگواری برای چیزهایی که ندارم، برای ناکامی ها، برای فقدان های زندگیم. در پذیرش ما تو ذهنمون پرونده اون موضوع رو می بندیم، نشخوار نمی کنیم دیگه. اما برای #احساسات مون هم باید کاری کنیم: تجربه فیزیکی هیجانات‌مون، توجه دقیق به اون چیزی که در بدنمون در حال رخ دادنه. تجربه فیزیکی هیجاناتت‌مون باعث #رهایی ما میشه. رهایی از رنج مزمنی که به خودمون تحمیل می کنیم. شواهد پژوهشی نشون داده که تجربه‌ی جسمی هیجانات بر نواحی ای از مغز تاثیر میذاره، که در مجموع ظرفیت روانی‌مون تقویت و به دنبال اون باعث بهبود ظرفیت برقراری ارتباط‌مون میشه. تحمل احساسات بغرنج‌مون بالاتر میره و توانایی اینو پیدا می‌کنیم که از الگوهای مخربی که در اون ها گیر افتادیم بیرون بیاییم. #مهیار_اکبری #istdp #psychoanalysis #رواندرمانی_پویشی #روانکاوی #روان_تحلیلی #روانپویشی #lotus_psychotherapy
