Let’s get real for a second... As the outspoken, overly opinionated and slightly cocky individual that I am. I have had more than my fair share of people attempt to bring me unstuck. I’ve been called out, hated on, heard all kinds of outlandish rumours and even had videos and Memes made about me from individuals wanting to invoke a response or retaliation. Over the years I have spent hundreds of hours trying to master my mindset and my own development as a man, leader and role model to those I work with. The biggest take away from all this is without a doubt the belief i have that any personal attack that raises an emotional response within me, is simply showing an insecurity I have within myself. So instead of retaliating, I work on my own insecurities to continue my growth and development. Insults and negativity only have as much power and meaning as we choose to give them...
