Sometiems I get frustrated that things take too long to become real, or that I'm so busy that I can't pursue something I'm really passionate about. Then I'm reminded that the Universe doesn't work that way. When you really want something you have to want it but then you have to allow the Universe to deliver. Quite often we really want something, we work really really hard to achieve it and then we stress so much that the Universe just delays the whole process because we're in the way. When we want something really bad, we have to allow things to happen naturally. When we stress, our thought patterns change to negative, and so our wishes get delayed because we're not in a great mindset. I catch myself doing this all the time and I decided to simply work on my patience a little. So instead, I sit and meditate, I think about these things and allow them to come to me, I take care of my body and mind, I journal, I say thanks to the Universe for all the great things that happen to me on a daily basis. My focus then goes onto being greatful, helping others and taking care of myself and my family more. And that's when the Universe delivers. So the moral of the story is - it will come when the time is right and when you're most ready. We have less than 2 weeks to be productive AF and get things done before our Koh Samui escape starts and we hit the road again for the last few weeks of our trip. I want to share more about the tasks I have to do on a daily basis to keep driving both business and personal growth forward. . So today's to do list is as follows. - Business meeting with @newhorizonadam to make sure we're both on the same page when it comes to the brand we run together @newhorizonescapes. - Organising the last few bits for our 2018 escapes which are Koh Samui & Sri Lanka. - Chatting to all the coaches and updating them of a few things that are happening in 2019 with @newhorizonescapes. - Organising a referral scheme for @mymantraactive so that my customers can earn money when they talk about the brand. I decided the commission to be 20%. That's a way to say thank for referring any new friends and of course it helps drive the brand forward. So it's win win for everyone. - Social media engagement for 30min, I find that by engaging directly with my customers, the brand gets more exposure and more love. - Organising the social media posts for the day (this usually happens every single day). I've finally given @mymantraactive social media account to someone else to run so I can focus on New Horizon and my personal account more. I find that I spend most of my time on my phone doing small tasks throughout the day which also includes a lot of social media. - Learning a 12 week Instagram course. I believe that continuous learning is great for keeping our brain younger, it adds new skills to our lives, it opens new conversations and expands our reach. - Writting a blog (fingers crossed I get this far haha) - I just got sent a DM with a question about (How I grew the following on @mymantraactive & @newhorizonescapes). I'll aim to deliver the blog this eve to you all. . And if you got this far and you're still reading. I also learned one new thing which I think could be valuable to those who have loads of tasks throughout their day. Make sure you focus your attention on individual tasks for maximum performance. I'm guilty of attempting to multitask and failing sweetly. Try it
