Borrowed this from @shopgoodwitch! Thought it was a great reminder that while you’re rocking one of our T’s maybe throw on a pair of second hand jeans from your local thrift shop. I’m a HUGE fan of thrift shopping and kind of get this great high when I find a cool piece that I know no one else will have and an even greater high when it’s like $8. Fast fashion is incredibly detrimental to the environment and it’s why we use brands like @alternativeapparel who strive to be more eco conscious. We also have some other ideas in store that we hope will honor that positive message of taking care of our planet and will be a fun art project for me and you guys as well. Do your research when you go shopping! Are they transparent about their supply chain? Do they pay their workers a living wage? Do they use organic fabric? Do they recycle the water used in their manufacturing process? Do they use low-impact dyes? Sustainable brands will make this information easily accessible. If brands aren't talking about sustainability, they're not doing it.
