Sometimes I wish I could order "Everything will be well" for take away please. And when the delivery service will be in time, I will give a great tip. However life isn't that simple. It's rough and it sometimes takes an eternity until everything will be at least okay again. And if you're having a rough day today, I won't tell you that you have to make the best out of it. To have a good day. Instead I just want to advice you to simply have a day. A day where you decide to not give up. Treat yourself better than the world treated you. No person, no disease, no diagnosis, no label has the power to determine your worth or how you should feel. Just be present. And self love is a big part of it. Especially on days like this where you don't even want to look at yourself in the mirror. Be aware of your feelings, the pain. If it wouldn't matter, it wouldn't hurt. Be grateful for every single breath you take. You will take around 30.000 breathes today. Accept, that not every day will go as you planned. As it's supposed to be. Eat well and sleep a lot. Cry when you want to cry. And call a friend if you feel lonely in this situation. Because they will be thankful that you picket them as your person of trust. And when you think that your heart blasts into millions of pieces, I promise that you can endure so much more than you think. Tomorrow there will be a new sky. New sunlight that is worth to catch. You sometimes fight by purely existing. Because the weight is too heavy on your chest, because the darkness returns and because inner demons will never be completely asleep. And remember: today is just one of these days. So just have a day. So fight the good fight the good fight.❤
