We also use mantras— such as breathe in peace, breathe out love—as well as singing bowls, online videos, or going out in nature. Being completely into the present and mindful can be a meditation of its own. How do you practice? These steel tongue drums from Bali are a lot of fun for the kids (and adults too!)
