TRANSFORMATION POST 2 pics show my current state and 2 show where I started... I had my 4th daughter in 2014 and I honestly just let myself go... I didn’t care about the baby weight because I didn’t care about myself. I barely did my hair, I didn’t dress cute I was always covering myself in sweatpants and over sized shirts. I took those pics to have a reminder of what I didn’t want to be. I still have some toning to do... still have some emotional and mental growth to do but I’m sooooooo much better then where I was. My confidence was so poor, my self love was non existent. I’ve changed just about everything in my life now.
