Steak & fries made even more spectacular with @thedalydish cheese sauce invention. You’re my hero. Recipe serves 2. —— Potato and butternut squash (speed) fries made with my crinkle cutter and cooked in the #actifry with @frylighthq and ‘Chips & Wedges’ rub from @jdseasonings for perfect crispy fries every time. 1/2 onion, finely diced and sautéed in a pan with frylight and 1 tbsp @jdseasonings ‘Steak Rub’. Once your chips are done, turn the heat right up on your pan and add a packet of roughly chopped minute steak and fry quickly until crispy and delicious. In a small saucepan, melt 4 light cheese singles (1 HexA per person - the Sainos ones are the most orangey) with a splash of water and stir until melted. Whack in a few shakes of hot sauce and stir.
