MIKADO PANCAKE SKEWERS ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Today I bring you a delicious monster: a combo of my Pancake skewer recipe and the genius of @mybudgethome using Mikado sticks as skewers. Look at these little stacks of joy: pancakes, banana and strawbs stacked together on chocolatey sticks. 3.5 syns for this whole plate using your HexB. ——— First make the batter: blend 2 eggs, 40g oats (HexB), 3 tbsp fat free yoghurt, a dash of sugar free syrup, 3/4 tbsp sweetener and 1 tsp baking powder (0.5 syns). Leave to stand for 10 minutes to thicken. Fry teaspoon size circles on a medium low heat, flipping once top is set. Is it bad to have sweet for breakfast All of these (and a few more I ate before taking the pic lol) for 1.5syns I’ve been meaning to make these for ages! I’ve missed jelly sweets so much I literally used to inhale a big bag of haribo they’re so easy to make I used: 1 sachet of @hartleysfruit sugar free jelly crystals 1.5 1 sachet of gelatine free >>>> swipe to see packaging Then I just mixed it all together in a measuring jug with 140ml boiling water until it’s all dissolved then pour it into your mould (I got mine from eBay for like 2 quid) Leave to cool for abit then just shove them in the fridge. I left mine overnight but I checked them after an hour or so and you could definitely get away with eating them They’re so nice and soft aswell I’m always so disappointed when I get a bag of sweets and they’re all gammy and hard! I’m so glad my friends took awful photos and videos of me and never showed me them until I lost weight! There’s around 6 and a half stone difference between these two pictures The left was around September 2017 and the right was a couple of weeks ago. Not going to lie I’m struggling to maintain a weight I’m happy with, I just can’t stop grazing at the minute! Need to get my head back in the game and take hula hooping seriously to get back to target 7 pounds I need to lose. Cracking down tomorrow! Chicken Enchiladas Totally Syn Free using HexA & HexB. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Served with sweet potato wedges, salsa style salad, homemade sour cream and tomato garlic bread! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a large Pan, chop and cook 1x red onion, 2 x pepper and a chopped garlic clove with plenty of frylight. Remove and pop to a side. Chop 2x chicken breasts and fry through in the same pan. Once browned add back in the veg. Add in 1x tin of chopped tomatoes, ½ carton of passata and 2 tbsp tomato puree. Mix this through and add 2tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp hot paprika, half tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp garlic powder, 2tsp mixed herbs, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook all of this until onions and peppers are soft (simmer for 10-15mins) In the bake tray lay in a Weight Watchers wrap, then place on top the chicken tomato mixture (draining some of the liquid). Fold over the sides then pour over the top some of the remaining more liquid sauce. Top with your desired cheese, we used light cheddar for this one. Then bake in the oven for 15 mins. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❤Syn free Sour Cream – 3 large heaped tbsp fat free fromage frais, juice of half a lemon, tsp chives and a pinch of garlic powder and simply mix together. Recommend this as it tastes just like the real deal with zero syns. YES TO LOOSE CLOTHES ❤️❤️ size 12 - size 8! Not that a 12 would ever be considered big but these bottoms were SO tight on me they literally hang off me now! Syn Free Burrito ❤ Ok so not on our #Mealsformay list but just totally forgot to write it on ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Our recipe for chilli 》》 Cook the rice as usual with a tsp of paprika and tumeric. Place a WW wrap (HexB) on some foil Lay spinach leaves along centre of wrap Layer over rice Then spoon over the chilli mix Sprinkle with cheese (40g light cheddar for HexA). Now the hard part…. Roll up the ends so meets in the middle, pulling tight with the foil then fold over and seal ends. So looks like a giant silver sausage. Then cut in half. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Served with: ❤Syn free Sour Cream – 3 large heaped tbsp fat free fromage frais, juice of half a lemon, tsp chives and a pinch of garlic powder and simply mix together.
