Identificar carga óptima isométrica.

Calcular la "dosis" y periodizar la progresión.

Añadir estímulos externos. Entrenamiento neuroplástico.

La carga es es el principal factor a manejar en una tendinopatía, por ello es especialmente importante que el ejercicio se prescriba en parámetros óptimos de carga que generen las adaptaciones que buscamos, tanto en dolor como en función.

El ejercicio isométrico se realizaría diariamente incluso una vez comenzado con el isotónico. El isotónico a cargas altas lo realizaríamos días alternos, incluso cada 48h si fuera necesario.
