Antica roccaforte dei Crociati, Karak si trova a 900 metri sopra il livello del mare, all’interno delle mura della vecchia città. I Crociati lo chiamarono Crac dei Moabiti o Kerak di Moab L'ingresso principale, ovvero la Porta degli Ottomani, si trova oltre il piccolo ponte che oltrepassa il fossato asciutto. Ancient Crusader stronghold, karak is located 900 meters above sea level, within the walls of the old city. The Crusaders called it the crac of Moab’s moabiti or kerak The main entrance, that is the Ottoman Gate, is located beyond the small bridge that crosses the dry moab. The entire structure is accompanied by explanatory panels that describe the history and function of each area. To explore darker environments a torch can be useful; some doors are low, so be careful with your head. [Anzeige] • #beachtimes Hallo ihr Lieben, gestern haben wir unseren letzten Einkauf im Walmart erledigt, uns gut mit Süßigkeiten & Kleinkrams für den Flug eingedeckt Haben auch noch letzte Souvenirsachen in einer kleinen Mall gekauft & waren danach in einem Steakhouse etwas essen Da gab es sogar eine große Salatbar mit wirklich viel Auswahl, die man unlimited zu der Hauptspeise hinzufügen konnte & der war wirklich lecker - also wenn man gut & günstig an der Westküste Salat essen möchte, dann am besten zum #sizzlersteakhouse gehen, kann ich nur empfehlen ✨ Danach haben wir unsere Strandtasche gepackt & uns auf den Weg zum Manhattan Beach gemacht Leider war auch das Wetter gestern nicht das Schönste, aber wir haben die Zeit am Strand sehr genossen Habe mit ein paar Leuten ein bisschen Volleyball gespielt, haben wieder unser XXL-Federball ausgetestet & dann sind wir mit den Füßen ins Meer, war aber wieder viel zu kalt, um ganz reinzugehen Die Luftmatratze habe ich mir auch nur als Strandmatte mitgenommen, war viel bequemer als nur auf einem Handtuch zu liegen Auch das Meer & der Strand waren super schön gewesen, hätte man auch wieder kilometerlang laufen können Uns wurde auch erzählt, dass sich der Strand komplett bis nach Malibu & noch weiter durchzieht, aber ab bestimmten Abschnitten hat dieser unterschiedliche Namen Nach dem Strand haben wir uns noch ein wenig in den Whirlpool gelegt & abends sind wir nochmal beim Sizzler etwas essen gewesen, weil es uns mittags so gut geschmeckt hatte Danach haben wir dann unsere Koffer fertig gepackt & ein Glück hat es von dem Gewicht irgendwann gepasst Nun sind wir startklar für an den Flughafen & dann geht es hier um 13 Uhr los nach Denver Hoffentlich bekommen wir unseren Anschlussflug Melde mich dann, sobald wir am Flughafen sind, bis dann

SOLEDAD‍♀️Ay, soledad soledad. En mis #stories de hoy, os cuento uno de mis mayores trabajos internos: tratar de abrazarla un poco menos. Siempre he sido una persona muy solitaria, ermitaña, independiente. Me gusta mucho meterme en mi burbuja y entretenerme conmigo misma, con mis libros, estudiando, cocinando, trabajando, viendo películas...No tiene nada de malo pero mi problema es que si me dejo llevar, mi soledad y yo nos encerramos y no vemos lo que ocurre a nuestro alrededor. Viajar sola me ha permitido estarlo menos: siempre estoy con gente. Sin embargo, estas temporadas largas en Bali me han hecho volver un poquito a mi burbuja. Y quiero luchar contra ello. Os lo cuento porque quiero que veáis que todos tenemos nuestras luchas internas.
