So training the past couple of weeks has been all over the place. New work projects + injury has just played havoc with my schedule and training blocks. No leg days until I'm recovered, but my bench is flying at the moment With the change in training I've also started a calorie deficit, as that's what works best for me right now. Back to sitting at 59kg and taking things a lot easier this time around. Sometimes life gets busy and training/ nutrition, or both can take a hit. That's fine, it's life. But knowing it's okay and not beating yourself up about it is so important. Paused squats moving so much better, finally feeling comfortable through the entire movement. 6th session back on squats here, and very happy with how my body has adjusted to new training and mobility drills. The addition of paused squats has helped so much Now to fix my hamstring and get back to deadlifts. When you can't play with your strongest lift, it's a tad sucky!
