Vegan Cream Cheese & Scallion Wontons by @comfortfoodvegan Recipe: Ingredients⠀ 8 oz container vegan chive and onion cream cheese⠀ 1/4 cup scallions, sliced thinly⠀ 1/2 tsp garlic powder⠀ Package of vegan wonton wrappers⠀ Sweet and Sour Sauce for dipping⠀ ⠀ Method:⠀ 1) Scoop the cream cheese out of the container and into a bowl. Allow it to come to room temp a bit and mix in the garlic powder. Grab a small bowl and fill with water. you will use this water to seal the edges of the wonton wrappers.⠀ 2) Lay out 6 wonton wrappers at a time and cover the rest with a towel so they don't dry out. Take approx 1.5 tsp of the cream cheese filling and put it right in the center of each wrapper. Dip your finger in the water and trace the outermost edge of each wrapper, getting it wet. Then seal the edge by taking the two opposite sides together. then take the longest straight edge and overlapped the corners, getting more water on those edges to seal. Continue until you've used up all your cheese filling.⠀ 3) Heat up your choice of oil and once hot, depending on your pan size drop as many as your pan will allow. Each wonton takes 45-60 seconds. When fried, place on a towel so it soak up excess oil.⠀ 4) Keep them covered in the fridge and they'll last (minus a little crunch) for about 4 days. Enjoy! #veganfoodspace #vegansnack #snackideas

Instructions: Cut pepper and empty seeds. Add mayo, salt, and pepper to tuna and mix well. Place mixture in pepper. Add spinach and onion. Close + Enjoy! ⠀ ⠀ CRISY CHEESY BUTTERNUT SQUASH Bake squash for approximately 25 minutes until squash has softened. Scoop seeds from the center. Shred with a fork to create a spaghetti-like consistency. Top with whatever you prefer! This topping uses using traditional tomato sauce, chicken, and vegetables. I usually top with cheese- then place under the grill for a minute or two until Enjoy! ⠀ HOMEMADE NUTELLA Spread it on toast or use it in baking! You will need: 2 cups hazelnuts, 1/2 cup cacao powder, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup milk of choice. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high until a smooth mix starts to form. #tbt I BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF FRUITS & VEGGIES! ✨ FullyRaw Vegan for 13.5 years, and going strong. Because of much of what’s happened on social media as of recent, lots of people lately have been asking me if I am a still a vegan. My answer: ABSOLUTELY. I plan to be for the rest of my life. I’ve been a raw vegan since before I was even on Instagram or YouTube...even before Facebook was a thing!!! Yes, you heard me. Since BEFORE Facebook took off in 2005. I was introduced into the lifestyle my last year of high school. I made the choice to go FullyRaw in one night, and I never went back. By consuming this plant-based way of eating, I was able to reverse my type 2 diabetes (hyperglycemia). It was after this that I started @rawfullyorganic and dedicated 11 years of my life to supporting organic farmers and feeding communities. While I began for health issues, I continue for ALL reasons, including ethical aspects as well as environmental aspects. I will continue to promote this message because I STILL believe in it so much, even after all these years. This is a beautiful and compassionate way to live. If you need an example of someone who is still happy and HEALTHY on this diet after a long period of time... HERE I AM. This photo is of me from years ago. I still uphold the same integrity today. ✨ Despite the doubt or any hate... I’M STILL HERE. I’m walking the walk I talk. I’m not here to deceive anybody. I’m here to be my authentic self and to share a life that I love with you. I still believe that this life can bring people much happiness and joy. Its very easy to criticize another from a screen, so I’ll just say here...whatever judgments that you have about me, I simply ask you to reflect on your own life and why you feel the need to hate on another. YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THIS Follow @blissbhakti Follow @blissbhakti Follow @blissbhakti Ingredients: 1 box pasta 1/2 Can white besns (I used great northern beans) 1 cup cashew milk 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 2 cups spinach , chopped 1/4 cup raw cashews (optional...) 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Chili pepper flakes (optional) Cook pasta according to directions on package. Combine the remainder ingredients (except spinach) in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more cashew milk if needed. In a pan heat 1 tsp avocado oil and add chopped spinach, season with salt and pepper. This should wilt down in only 30 seconds! Once pasta is cooked drain add to cooked spinach and add in the sauce. Adjust seasonings (I add a bit more nutritional yeast) and heat for 3 minutes then enjoy! Credit @bestofvegan
