When you take a week off from the gym, and come back feeling rested and ready to roll for try-outs I had to laugh because 5 years ago when I tried out for my rookie season, there’s no way I’d skip a full week of training right before tryouts. Since then, I’ve realized how important the off season is for making improvements, but also giving yourself a break. So instead, this week I slept a LOT and enjoyed only having work on the schedule. That being said, I can’t wait to head back to Paul Brown on Sunday and kick off my fifth year trying out with the Cincinnati Bengals. Back training: I train my back 2 times a week dividing into back width and thickness accordingly. This split really helps me to isolate the targeted muscle groups required to develop the V taper and a 3D muscular back. I've been training this split for past 2 years and got a lot of better gains. Wide lats give you a perfect V taper which flaunts in a sleeveless and a thick back paired with a wide chest will definitely give you a great aesthetical look to your physique by adding a little height to your body.️ . .
