May is mental health awareness month. Mental health is a real thing that many struggle with. I would know. For many years I have dealt with depression and anxiety. It is still a struggle today there are days that are good and bad. . . . Most of all I have conquered my mental health. I current am on no medications. I stopped taking meds about 15 months ago. I completely stopped which was the hardest thing. Now I do not suggest doing this ever. You should always consult your doctor. The side effects can be awful and let me tell you for me they were. . . . But now I am the happiest I have ever been and I am living my life to fullest finally. The only thing I take is stress gummy by Olly Nutrition. I use yoga, oils, meditation, and these gummy. These help me to deal with my bad days and the good days. I do these things regularly so I never fall off the wagon. This is one of the blends I use when I am depressed. It helps me to feel uplifted and calm. I seriously love this blend of wild orange, peppermint, and fractionated coconut oil

Lip Gloss. I put all ingredients in a glass measuring cup and poured into rollerballs. 1/4 cup apricot oil. 1/4 cup glycerine. 5-10 drops of wild orange and tangerine . 1 T rosehip seed oil ( optional). 1/2 T vitamin e ( optional ). I used glitter ( large and small from bramble berry , safe for use ). ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. What flavor would you make ?. I think I am doing Cardamon / wild orange next .
