Son ADN : fruit, puissance et rondeur Le nez est charmeur, sur des arômes de petits fruits rouges, cerise, de fruits noirs, prune, cassis, mêlés à des notes épicées, vanille et réglisse. La bouche est équilibrée, puissante, charnue et élégante, avec des tanins bien présents, souples et déjà bien intégrés. À savoir que cet alcool est vieilli minimum 2 ans en fûts. • ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ • C’est toujours très particulier ces millésimes anciens (même si pour certains cela reste très jeune ! ) et il y a un côté émotionnel très présent je trouve. ~ La robe est tres belle, portant des signes d’évolutions, ambrée. Le nez est puissant, avec des notes de fruits à l’alcool, de caramel, un peu de clou de girofles, enrobées d’une belle onctuosité. La bouche est puissante, on a des arômes de glace rhum-raisins c’est surprenant ! Je suis décontenancé car le nez me laissait penser à une certaine sucrosité que je ne trouve pas en bouche. Arômes d’épices douces, on retrouve la girofle, un peu floral. Une finale longue, nous laisse sur une touche végétale. • ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ •.
