With your feedback and love this project has taken flight. If you’re new to this project.... So often women are in the role of "caregiver" nurturing others and pushing their own needs to the side. Over and over I have found the remedy to be self-care. By nourishing ourselves (in a variety of self-care moments) there is more energy and love to continue to care for others. Hence, the principle message of this CSA: nourishing women cultivates sustainable communities.
