I’ve gotten in the habit of posting my meal planner for the week, so I decided to just keep that trend rolling for now! I’m really excited about 3 new recipes on the agenda for the week: @litecravings One Pot Baked Ziti w/sausage and BBQ Pulled Chicken, and @skinnytaste Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas! Egg roll in a bowl and it came out worlds better than the last time I made it!! I used 93% turkey because I had it on hand so this has some points to it, but it could be 0sp if you use 99% turkey breast! I just did a quick google search and used what I had, search “egg roll in a bowl” and find a recipe that you like! I paired mine with white rice, and topped it with hibachi style yum yum sauce! Counting 16sp for my meal and I’m so full I don’t think I’ll need dessert! #wwambassador

The bump and I worked our Monday night workshop and, at 16 weeks this past Saturday, I’m starting to feel more “bump-y” and less “did I just have a big lunch” This is probably one of my favorite parts of being pregnant - watching my body change. I may not be working out consistently and eating differently, but I’m embracing all the changes so much. We went through a lot to get to this part of my journey and I’m cherishing every moment. - Lips are Bella from @jambeautybycatie Hair is day 3 of mermaid hair and a whole lot of dry shampoo Dress is a Calvin Klein find from TJ Maxx in the fall. I have no idea if it’s still available anywhere ‍♀️ - And, as always, I’m sending big hugs to anyone who hasn’t gotten to this step yet. I know it’s not always sunshine and two pink lines, but please know you’re not alone

This journey is hard but I think happiness can be found when you stop chasing a number, and start chasing a feeling. I may never get down to my official @ww goal weight again and I’m ok with that. Even now, 20lbs above that goal, I feel amazing. I am eating well 90% of the time, I’m not beating myself up for that other 10%, I am enjoying being active, I am making myself a priority by attending weekly workshops, and I am celebrating every little victory along the way . If you missed my stories yesterday, I shared that the skinny jeans I bought turned out to be too big for me after wearing them one time. Now, I’m taking this with a grain of salt because the clothing sizing industry is complete , but I exchanged those jeans for the same pair in a size down and am now comfortably rocking size 8s again! Not only that, but these are my first pair of “low rise” jeans #NSV . I felt super cute at my workshops this morning, and several members told me that they could tell I was back in my groove and that I looked awesome. It always feels good when our hard work is noticed, especially by those people who are on the same journey ❤️ . #wwambassador • People following the ww program can expect to lose 1-2lbs per week •
